Occupational Therapist

About the Role:
Join our team and help make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families!
This role focuses on working with children, particularly those with conditions such as autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Treatment Planning:Evaluate children's physical and psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Therapy Activities:Conduct sensory integration sessions, gross and fine motor skills exercises, and other therapeutic interventions.
Teacher Guidance:Advise EIP teachers on effective daily activities for students' progress.
Progress Evaluation:Monitor and evaluate student progress every 3 months, adjusting plans as needed.
Parent Support:Provide practical advice to families for at-home activities.
Host bi-monthly parent workshops covering topics such as sensory integration, managing behavior, and home-based therapy techniques.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest therapy practices and techniques to deliver the best care possible.
Requirements:
Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Valid occupational therapist license.
Certification in CPR or first aid is a plus.
Experience:Min 1 year of experience preferred in Occupational Therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on skills in handwriting techniques, joint massage, and other relevant therapy practices.
Proficient in using basic computer tools.
