Job Description Work alongside the other specialists to ensure smooth running and development of the service for children with special needs. Have opportunity to work in a creative, innovative way to increase the impact of the Occupational Therapy service in settings and with individual families. Support therapists within the team with their personal and professional development. File  data and records anecdotal children's progress notes, maintains and organizes program notebooks, and implements program modifications. Coordinate  drills, reviews data with supervisor, and reports concerns. Assist  instructional personnel with the development of learning materials and reinforcement strategies according to the children's individualised needs. Manage therapy room and/or take home activities. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information. Perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications: A bachelor or master degree in Occupational Therapy Experience Required:  Prior job-related experience working with children with special needs is an advantage. Passionate fresh graduate is welcome.
