Ocean Freight Executive

Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate & supervise with Customer services for import shipments with customers, carriers and co-loaders.TO ensure timely planning and monitor of delivery of pick up & delivery within the free time.All documents must properly documented, prepare and submit within the cut off times be filled and process in compliance of ISO9001 company requirements.Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.Job Requirement Minimum of STPM or tertiary qualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of working experience in Ocean Import Operations.Computer literate and converse and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia fluently. (Able to communicate in Mandarin will be advantage.Must process to work independently and self-discipline to motivate team.
