Oem Sales Manager

Job Position: OEM Sales Manager Salary Up To RM20000 Location: Kulai i-Park Job Descriptions: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Engage with OEM, ODM customers, and design houses, channel partners to promote and design-in our products.Manage/oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial contract negotiation to product delivery.Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Collaborate closely with internal departments such as R&D, supply chain, and quality to ensure smooth completion of orders. Job Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma in Electronics or a related field.Several years of sales experience working with OEM, ODM, design houses, channel partners and contract manufacturers.Proven experience in design-in products with customers, especially in the Semiconductor or Networking industries.Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers.Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese customers.
