Administrative Responsibilities: Providing clerical support in the area of office administration records and maintenance of official files, correspondences, mails, appointments coordination of work. To prepare minutes of meeting/secretarial documents.Conduct research on meeting attendees.Manage schedules, appointments, update calendar and arrange travel bookings.Must be exceptional communicators with a keen interest in providing reliable and accurate support to colleaguesWorks closely with managers to ensure all operational and administrative functions within the company are being properly executed.Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.Liaise with government agencies and local authorities.Assist in full spectrum of tender preparation. To coordinate upkeep and maintenance of office facilities and equipment.Manage office inventory/office refreshments/supplies when necessary.To undertake assignments and other special tasks, ad-hoc duties assigned from time-to-time.Document Controller Responsibilities: Document controller is a point of contact for effective control and proper maintenance of relevant documentation including SOPs, manuals, recording, archiving as well as preparation and monitoring of templates for internal use. Assist in internal audit, quality audits, needed by the company.Assist in areas of improvement & preventive actions i.e. CARs, PARs, NCRs and to follow through to ensure efficient of business and operation.Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and work with various departments to streamline processes, reduce defects and enhance overall quality.Create and maintain documentation related to quality management systems, including policies, procedures, work instructions and records.Assist in preparing reports and presentations on quality performance, highlighting key metrics and improvement initiatives.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Human Resource, Operations, Business Development and Sales, Creative, Farm Operations, to ensure alignment on quality objectives.Requirements: Must be able to work under pressure (mandatory).Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Business Administration, QA/QM or equivalent. Ability to work efficiently and independently with little or no supervision.A candidate who is positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-disciplined and able to work independently.Min 2 years' experience working in a related field. Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting and office. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Good interpersonal and communication skills. Hardworking and good work ethics is a must. Possesses own transport and able to travel/outstation/site visit. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Well-presented individual.
