Office Admin (Hybrid Mode, Mandarin Speaker)

Details of the offer

Office Administration:


-To provide administrative and office support through a variety of tasks.


-Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary. 


-Manage the maintenance of office equipment and facilities. 


-Organize and maintain office common areas. 


-Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and company policy compliance. 


-Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. 


-Arrange documents or stocks to be couriered. 


-Maintaining filing systems (physical and digital).  


-Prepare and submit the director's monthly claim. 


-Completes and maintains a variety of reports when assigned.
Manage O2O Operations:


-Arrange stock replenishment for offline retailers. 


-Liaise with offline retailer regarding retail sales key in form, prepare DO and invoice, follow up on payment, and update retailer on promo pricing.  


-Update Ads Spent report.
General Duties:


-Participate in rising brands' projects and initiatives as assigned. -Provide support for additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

-Candidates must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.


-Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point


-No working experience is required as training on the job will be provided.


-Required language(s): Mandarin, English


-Able to work independently and under minimum supervisions


-Able to interact with people at all levels.


-Able to start work as soon as possible.


-Fresh Grads are welcome to join us!
