Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record and maintain up to date.- Supports office staff with general office duties including, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing and general coordination.- Assisting in the design PPT with good design and easy to understand.- To provide support in Human Resource operational activities, including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training, and General Administration.- To perform extensive data analysis, automation of new hires process, reporting and employee master data maintaining.- Support internal payroll process by verifying attendance, work hours and leave records.- Assist to manage & monitoring insurance claims, insurance member update (new joiner/resigned)- Assist in monthly claims process.- Prepare and update organization charts.- Manage office supplies stock eg stationary, name cards and etc- Handle and compile confidential matters, correspondence, document translation, and minutes of meeting.- Preparation and processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company's policies and procedures- Prepare payment voucher.- Prepare Staff Claim monthly.- Answering phone call.- Perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by superior or management from time to time.**Job Requirements**- Preferred Mandarin Speaker.- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays- Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Nusajaya**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Cell phone reimbursement- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- How long is your notice period?- Expected salary**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
