We are specialists in international logistics, focusing on import and export in Malaysia.
We are a young and dynamic international transportation company, leading the new industry forward.
Jobscope:
Data Entry: Input and update key data in systems and spreadsheets.
Filing: Organize and maintain both paper and digital files.
Update shipment details into the system and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Check customer outstanding balances and chase overdue payments.
Ensure timely follow-up on payment collections.
Assist with basic financial tasks, such as recording expenses.
Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed.
Job Requirements:
SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
