Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:Providing office administrative, finance, and operation support
Supporting day-to-day office operations
Able to prepare emails, letters, and general documents
Liaising and communicating with vendors and internal teams
Assisting seniors with data analysis and compilation
Filing and document organization
Monitoring customer records and status
Conversing and communicating fluently in English with customers and vendors
Ensuring proper office upkeep and maintenance
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Skills Requirements:Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT): Intermediate and above
English: Fluent spoken and written
Bahasa Melayu: Fluent spoken and written
Chinese/Mandarin: Spoken and written ability is an advantage
Academic qualification: Graduated from STPM/Accounting/LCCI/Business Diploma/Pre-U or equivalent previous working experience
Positive, independent, conscientious personality required
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
