Office Administration (3 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the officeCarrier out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etcEnsure billing record and accuracy as per standard operating procedures.Verifying credit and cash sales transactions and ensuring cash sales tally with cash collected with accurate sales data captured in IQRIS.Verifying all invoices to ensure correct billing, issue Debit Note and Credit Note where necessary.Ensuring all invoices are sent out to corporate clients within the specified deadline and ensuring all copies are filed accordingly.Calling and following up with corporate clients for payment where collection meets budget.Verifying lab invoices against IQRIS to ensure the charges are accurate and the accurate invoice are sent for payment.Performing office administration and housekeeping functions to ensure smooth operations of the clinic and notifying the corporate office of any breakdown.Disseminating circulars and memorandums to staff and keeping a proper file for easy reference and retrieval of documents.Requirements:- Minimum DiplomaComputer literate and good in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.Pleasant personality and ability to work in a stressful environment.Willingness to learn and able to cope with given instructions and cooperate with the team. willing to work alternate Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm)This position is contractual for 3 months only. Immediate Availability is advantageous
