Office Administration Manager

Responsible for overseeing and managing the office administrative functions within the organization.
Job DescriptionEnhance and enforce efficient office administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Periodically review and revise policies to meet evolving organizational needs.
Track spending and ensure adherence to the budget, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
Oversee office-related resources, including equipment and supplies, ensuring their availability and optimal use in both HQ and Regional Offices (RO).
Implement inventory control systems to monitor and maintain asset levels.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to secure necessary services and supplies.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure the office is compliant with OSHA/HSE policies and standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement safety measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Foster effective communication between departments and administrative staff, ensuring clear and consistent information flow within the organization.
Perform any other related duties as required to support the organization's goals and objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
