Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for general office management, including organizing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring office cleanliness and functionality.
Consistent follow up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner.
Handle internal and external communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
Maintain good working rapport with other business units/departments/senior management and their secretaries or personal assistants.
Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring necessary materials are stocked and reordered when necessary.
Provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job RequirementsAt least 1 year of working experience in an administrative role.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay.
Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Chinese and English proficiency is preferable.
