Our Role:Our Office Administrator safely and efficiently performs general administration and office maintenance duties for the effective operation of our regional office and central laboratory.Key focus areas the role will include: General administration including management of office supplies for both the KL Office and Central Lab locations.Office maintenance coordination, including organising tradespersons to repair and maintain our offices and applying for permits for service providersAnswering incoming calls, attending to or redirecting messages promptly and professionally, including remote monitoring of intercom accessAccounts administration, creating purchase orders and setting up new suppliers.Coordinating office access passes and the receipt of goods and deliveriesSupporting management of significant Graymont meetings and events including travel and accommodation.Serve as a local contact for international visitors.Regularly review office administration services and provide timely feedback regarding office administrative issuesResponsible for coordinating employee experience events and managing social functions for the two locationsProvide support for health and wellness programs and other company wide programs in Malaysia.Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications: The successful candidate may have a corporate administration background, Have excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work well autonomously.About GraymontGraymont is a global leader in lime and limestone solutions.Lime is a versatile industrial chemical that is key to vital industrial processes and applications and is an essential element for addressing a multitude of complex environmental challenges.We provide solutions specifically tailored to the needs of the environmental, agricultural, food, mining, steel, paper, glass and construction industries.We take a long-term approach to business that is evident in our strong commitment to sustainable growth.We aim to be the preferred supplier, employer, and partner of choice wherever we operate.
