Answer the mainline phone and transfer calls as necessary.
Order lunch boxes or meals.
Purchase sanitary and stationary supplies.
Collect business card printing requirements from colleagues and collaborate with the TW team.
Perform office assistant duties as listed above but not limited to these tasks.
Qualifications:College graduate or above.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to assist others.
Strong analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
3 years of front desk working experience.
