Office Assistant

We're looking for an Office Assistant to handle everything from managing office supplies and coordinating travel to planning team events and supporting our leadership. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love bringing people together, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoManage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Ensure a clean and organised working environment for all employees.
Provide administrative support to executives and teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate communication and information flow within the office.
Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related activities.
Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimise cost-effectiveness.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the office.
Conduct regular safety assessments and address any concerns.
Who You AreBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Open to Fresh Graduates. Experience in office management or administrative work will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in spoken and written English & Bahasa.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
