EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR
Candidate must possess SPM/PMR or certificate of related-field, or equivalent.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of working experience.
REQUIRED LANGUAGE
REQUIRED SKILLS
Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and guests.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office equipment such as coffee machines and beverage dispensers is a plus.
WORKING HOURS & OFF DAY
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and serve refreshments and beverages to employees and guests, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
Regularly replenish beverage and pantry supplies, and other condiments or snacks.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the common office areas, including pantry, bathrooms, workstations, and meeting rooms.
Collect used cups, glasses, and other items, wash or dispose of them.
Set up and arrange refreshments for meetings, conferences, and other company events as requested.
Assist in organizing and tidying up the pantry and common areas, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and disposing of waste.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of snacks and beverages, and other pantry supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
Greet employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and addressing any queries or concerns related to the beverage services.
Always maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ensure all cleaning tools or equipment are stored at the designated place in a neat & tidy manner.
Assist with other administrative tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
