Office Boy Cum Office Assistant

Details of the offer

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workstations.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and appointments by preparing meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and coordinating schedules.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Run errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents.
