Office Clerk / Admin

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
Assist Senior to key in stock receiving.
Key in data entry, filling, and all paperwork in an organized manner.
Assist in office administrative activities and manage procurement of all office supplies, stationery, equipment, and furniture (when necessary).
Filter daily main email and forward to the related department.
Print and record customer orders.
Handle daily administration tasks such as invoicing, billing, filling, data entry, photocopying, etc.
Perform ad-hoc clerical tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in a related field.
Working experience required.
5.5 working days per week.
Full-time positions available.
Able to start work immediately.
