We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery + Office Coordinator. In this dual role, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth execution of deliveries, as well as providing essential support to our office operations.**Responsibilities**:- **Delivery Coordination**:Schedule and coordinate product deliveries to clients.Track and monitor delivery timelines, ensuring on-time arrivals.Communicate with delivery personnel and address any issues that may arise.Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in a similar role.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Parental leave- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- working: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)- Bahasa melayu (preferred)License/Certification:- GDL (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
