Office Facilities Executive - 1 Year ContractPlan and manage projects related to new branches, relocations, and expansions, including ad hoc projects as needed.
Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
Office Maintenance and Coordination:Oversee the arrangement and payment for office maintenance services, ensuring all facilities are functional and meet company standards.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for the maintenance and repair of office equipment and furniture.
Asset and Security Management:Handle the arrangement, maintenance, and payment processes for office furniture and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition.
Manage branch insurance applications, payments, and renewals to ensure adequate coverage.
Coordinate the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems (SECOM/SRT), ensuring they meet safety and security standards.
Job RequirementsPreferably candidates with a minimum of 1 year working experience in the relevant industry.
Work experience in construction, renovation/fit-out, architecture or event management would be an added advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Multitasking and time management skills can determine priority of tasks.
Able to work independently or in a team.
Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
