Office Management (Administration & Office Support)
Manage office operations and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support.
Oversee office maintenance, supplies management, and vendor relationships.
Liaise with relevant contractors and vendors for office supplies, equipment, insurances, licenses, and maintenance; purchase, organize, distribute and manage program materials and supplies.
Coordinate office layout planning and office relocation support.
Serve as the point of contact for facility management, ensuring a comfortable and safe working environment.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Assist with HR administrative tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, as well as employee engagement programs.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed to support management decision-making.
Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and team building activities.
Manage the office budget, expense claims, handle a full set of management accounts, as well as provide regular accounting reports to the management.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia laws and regulations related to the office operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualifications in administration or a related field.
Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software and management tools.
