Job Description:
Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Managing office budgets and expenses
- Overseeing office maintenance and repairs
- Providing administrative support to senior management
- Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Handling confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in office management or a related field
- Energetic and confident personality
- Strong presentation and analysis skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
