Job Description:
We are looking for a resourceful and passionate Secretary to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a part-time Associate Level Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
4. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
5. Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings.
6. Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
7. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.
8. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
9. Provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
3. Strong analytical abilities.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. High attention to detail and accuracy.
