Job Position: Office Manager/Admin
Job description:
To establish and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation.
Reception duties; Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, schedule appointments and attend emails from clients and directing them to relevant staff.
Distribute information and correspondence.
To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
To report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures.
To record office expenditure and manage the budget, organized the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
Arrange and assist with short-term accommodation for staff who work at the outstation.
Arrange business travel requirements, booking of flight and accommodation.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management/Administration/Secretarial/Commerce or equivalent.
Energetic professional who is capable to wear multiple hats.
Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Strong communication, organizational and planning skills.
