Job Description:
Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Office Manager, working from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in office management or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative duties for the team, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve office efficiency and productivity
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition
- Assist with budget management, tracking expenses and ensuring financial records are accurate
- Work closely with team members to provide support and assistance as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate office procedures, making recommendations for improvements when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in strategic planning and organizational management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Experience with virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
