### **Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for important records and documentation.
- **Communication Coordination**:
- Facilitate clear and open communication channels across departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed.
- **Financial Management**:
- Assist with budget preparation and monitor office expenses to ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner, liaising with relevant departments for approvals.
- **Human Resource Support**:
- Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and handling new hire logistics.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities to promote collaboration and morale.
- **Problem-Solving**:
- Proactively identify issues affecting office operations and implement effective solutions.
- Design and manage processes for continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workplace efficiency.

### **Requirements**
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
