Officer - Accounts

Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess AP invoices, including checking document completion, data entry, and payment processing within the given timeframe.
Assist in issuing invoices or debit notes (DN) to intercompany entities, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Required to reconcile on monthly accounts.
Assist on account payment team when required.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
QualificationsDegree in Accounting or related professional accounting qualification.
Skills & AbilitiesAble to work independently, trustworthy with minimum supervision.
Sense of responsibility.
Proven experience in accounting roles.
Familiarity using Microsoft, SAP, and other accounting software.
