Officer, Credit Control (Seremban)

Job Responsibilities:To follow up, monitor and make collection calls for payments on or past due installments.
To negotiate arrangements with clients and determine if they have difficulties making payments.
To check bank payment transactions and update the contract number accordingly.
Ensure all collections follow-ups have been attended to promptly and provide daily updates in the collection report.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years experience in collection and credit control, with knowledge in litigation procedures.
Mature personality with the right attitude, ability to work independently, and a good team player.
Candidates with relevant working experience in the finance industry are encouraged to apply.
Experience in litigation matters is an added advantage.
Candidate must be willing to work in Seremban.
