Attending Instant Messaging App / Calls enquiries – Communicating with our customers and attending to all enquiries through Instant Messaging App / Calls function. CRM Data Validation – Ensuring customer data accuracy within our database. Complaint Handling / Management – Highlight / escalate complaints to the relevant department for their immediate attention and action and logging the same in our system for follow-up. Sales Lead Verification – Verifying Sales Leads received from Purchasing Team and communicate the same with customers. Voice of Customer (VOC) Surveying – Performing customer satisfaction surveys to our customers.
