Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
Manage shoppers/tenants & external shopper's complaints or feedback via phone calls, email, or walk-ins, updating them appropriately.
Evaluate/review all feedback, complaints, and comments from shoppers for management review on a monthly basis via helpdesk management.
Handle and manage ONECARD Loyalty program transactions, including promoting ONECARD 1Pay for new applications, renewals, and replacements for lost ONECARD cards.
Print gift cards purchased from ONECARD and non-members, tenants, or corporate for their respective events.
Manage Mall Operations for handling the Recycle Centre, manage the data for recycling, and monitor details from the Recycle Program.
Monitor shopper traffic flow and in-house marketing plans organized by ONECARD, ONESHOP, and Marketing at respective Customer Service Counters.
Assist and monitor ticket issues for Building Management and report all defect issues via Help Desk.
Plan staff coordination for all counters and provide full support to the team during events and peak seasons.
Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, and standards with best practices for the overall team.
Monitor counter cleanliness, staff attire, and other areas including Luxe lounge, sitting area in front of the counters, and CS workstations, following up with related documentation on a daily basis.
Coordinate with the Customer Service Team and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.
Coordinate mall ambassadors during events or ad-hoc visits from outsiders.
Work closely with the Operation Manager to ensure the mall runs smoothly.
Participate in forecasting and budgeting for Customer Service usage and track actual performance against the budget.
Requirements:
Pleasant personality.
Fluency in written/spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Positive attitude and ability to work on a rotational basis.
