Job SummaryHandle office facilities and administrative matters including staff quarters, tenancy agreements, utilities bills, purchasing of stationeries and printed materials, overall office maintenance, stores and archiving of Company's documents. Facilitate employee relations related events.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and organize ER activities such as communication & engagement sessions, sports & recreation, and staff welfare programs through involvement of line people with the objective to reinforce Shared Values and Employee Value Proposition.
Provide advice, facilitate options for resolution, and enforce implementation of applicable policies and procedures on operational Administration related matters based on HRA Policy, standard operating processes & procedures.
Monitor, regulate, and advise on the implementation of HRA policies in line with statutory requirements.
QualificationsDiploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Skills & AbilitiesComputer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiar with Peoplesoft system.#J-18808-Ljbffr
