To perform Manual Verification for customer name, document check and selfie check against account transfer.- To perform Refund for close account- To prepare Daily Reconcilition- Submission Monthly Reconcilition to BU- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality external and internal customers experience.- Implement new strategies and processes to support the expanding business.- Initiate changes to manage adherence to work schedule and standard operation procedure.- Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time.
