Officer, Procurement

Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services needed for the company.
Ensure that the organization acquires the necessary goods and services at the best possible value, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, supplier information, and inventory levels.
Work closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure that all procurement activities comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
