Job Summary
Design and implement educational camps for youths that incorporate adventure-based learning to help them discover their potential beyond their curriculum-based abilities.
Principal responsibilities and duties Design and develop outdoor learning and/or leadership camps for youths. Design and develop adventure-based counselling camps for youth at risks. Design and develop adventure-based learning camps for special needs youths. Design and develop teambuilding camps for working adults. Design and customise camps to build family bond. Collaborate with different departments in TOUCH to serve their clients' adventure-based needs. Client meetups to customise and develop programmes / camps. Research on trends and needs to develop programmes / camps. Requirements Diploma holder in any discipline Team player with strong interpersonal skill and ability to work cohesively in a team environment and across diverse cultures Good facilitation, organizational and project management skills Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
TOUCH Community Services is a not-for-profit charitable organisation. We were officially registered in 1992 and have been a member of the National Council of Social Service since 1994.
How we started
The work of TOUCH started in 1986 as a service for latch-key children in the neighbourhoods of Clementi and Jurong. Touched by the obvious need of low-income and single-parent families with difficulties making ends meet, much less raising their children in a positive environment, a group of seven volunteers in their 20s organised activities to help the children. This small attempt has today become a multi-service organisation with an integrated network of services located at different parts of Singapore, including Bukit Merah, Clementi, Geylang Bahru, Hougang, Serangoon, Toa Payoh, Ubi and Yishun.

Over the years, TOUCH has reached out to many individuals from all religions and races, including children, youths, families, people with special and healthcare needs and the elderly.
