Officer - Purchasing

Description
Assist with preparing purchase orders, entering item data into the system, comparing quotations, and following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stocks.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers' information, and documentation.
Receive sales orders from the marketing department and allocate stock accordingly.
Monitor product sales, address stock shortages and underperforming products, and recommend the next course of action.
Verify that product sizes and colors match the placed purchase orders.
Manage replacement product requests and update product price tags.
Provide support for both regular and spontaneous tasks.
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least SPM/STPM.
- Minimum one year experience in purchasing field.
- Good communication skills, non verbal and verbal.
