Officer - Training (Trainer in Food Industry)Responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering effective training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of employees.
The role involves assessing training needs, creating educational content, and providing both in-person and virtual training sessions to ensure employees are equipped to meet organizational goals.
Requirements :
Ages between 27 to 35 years old;
Minimum Diploma in Food Technology or any food industry related field and experienced in delivering training programs and materials to employees;
Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resource, preferably in training or learning and development role;
Familiarity with training methods, E-Learning Platforms, MS PowerPoint design and Microsoft Office Suite;
Possess knowledge and hands in Food and Manufacturing requirements will be an added advantage;
Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Responsibilities :
To comply with the requirements of the documented quality management system that meets the ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP standards;
To assist in and implement comprehensive training programs in line with company objectives;
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on On-The-Job Training (OJT), compliance training and other programs to meet company requirements;
Customize training material to fit needs of different department groups;
Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and area for improvement;
Design and develop instructional material, including training material, presentations and assessment;
Update and maintain training documentation to ensure relevancy and accuracy;
Organise and schedule training sessions, including new recruitment and refresher courses;
Coordinate and organise training schedule sessions, including refreshments for new recruitment and refresher courses as well as in-house programs for all departments;
Coordinate with external training and third party providers as necessary;
Track and report on the effectiveness of the training program through assessments and feedback mechanisms, while monitoring employee progress by communicating with department heads and maintaining training records;
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development and recommend improvements to existing training programs and tools;
To undertake and carry out other relevant task functions as may be directed and assigned by management.
