Offline Brand Executive

-Assist the brand manager in the daily management of your DTC brand across all dimensions for the offline channel, including operations, marketing, channel/geographic expansion, and new product development 


-Perform research on category / consumer trends and competitor landscape to inform strategic direction


-Strategize key offline partnership and commercial negotiation with retail partners 


-Analyse and strategize campaign and promotional mechanic to grow the offline channel 


-Support the reporting and decision-making process with data analysis and presentations 


-Understand your customer and manage customer operations on various digital channels

; Requirements:-


-1+ years of relevant experience in brand management, trading marketing, or other related offline consumer roles 


-Concise and clear communicator, both written and verbal 


-Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner 


-Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills 


-Thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
