Responsibilities:Responsible for customer training at franchised stores and maintaining store standardization.
Conduct audits at Malaysia stores, summarize issues occurring in the region, and present data.
Create teaching materials, handle problems based on issues arising and risks at stores, and provide training for franchise customers.
Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
Qualifications:At least STPM / Diploma qualification in any discipline.
Friendly to colleagues and clients, flexible-minded, skilled in handling customer issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
