About you:
You will be an experienced IT professional with management experience who knows how to lead a team of consultants. You'll be focused on excellent project delivery, customer service and driving a high utilisation, high performance culture.
The role is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fast growing and fast paced divisions within Access. The job role is to ensure the team is supported to provide an excellent Digital customer experience from the point of order and through the lifetime of their relationship with Access.
Responsible for team based targets e.g. NPS, Go Lives & 30 day.
To recognise risk and proactively plan to improve customer service.
Responsible for implementing our Digital Strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall business goals.
Understanding emerging Digital trends, assessing their impact on the business and working with our Digital Operations team in crafting a vision for Digital Transformation.
To have an analytical thought process and be able to interpret data.
To be able to engage in effective communication and collaboration with other stakeholders.
Lead the growth and development of the team through mentoring and hands-on assistance.
Skilled in managing change, addressing resistance and guiding teams through transitions.
Knowledge of the software and products delivered within the centre of excellence.
A good understanding of the sales cycles and assisting with ad-hoc queries if needed.
Drive the eNPS score within the team and be proactive in responding to employee surveys.
Your skills and experiences should include:
Experience in leading a team.
Ability to work within a global team across 3 Go Centres to deliver successful customer projects using Digital Tools.
A passion for delivering high quality customer service with a customer first mindset.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
A drive to continually improve processes and systems.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to plan, prioritise and work on several activities at once.
The ability to quickly learn new processes and applications.
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with effective communication skills, actual and virtual.
Ability to manage your own time and ensure management tasks are kept up to date at all times.
