### **Job Summary:**
As an Online Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in driving our e-commerce strategy and supporting the growth of the MR DIY Group's online presence. You will analyze market trends, assist in developing online partnerships, and implement strategies to enhance our e-commerce offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, is adaptable to a dynamic environment, and is resourceful in finding solutions that benefit both the company and our customers.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Market Research & Analysis:**
- Conduct in-depth research on online retail trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for expanding MR DIY Group's online market share and customer engagement.
2. **Develop Online Partnerships:**
- Identify and build relationships with potential online business partners, influencers, and affiliate networks.
- Collaborate with e-commerce platforms to increase product visibility and sales.
3. **Strategize E-commerce Initiatives:**
- Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to promote products and drive traffic to the website.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align online strategies with overall business objectives.
4. **Implement Sales Strategies:**
- Create and present actionable sales strategies that can enhance online sales and customer acquisition.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and adjust strategies based on findings.
5. **Project Management:**
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects related to e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or e-commerce management.
**Skills & Competencies:**
- Proven ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to inform business strategy.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
