Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Online Call Center Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Online Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally2. Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding flight schedule, bookings, baggage inquiries, and other related queries3. Processing customer bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently4. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner5. Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments for resolution6. Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction8. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:1. At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role2. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service3. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well under pressure4. Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment5. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software applications7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
