Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers while maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat to address their inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues they may have
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
- Collaborate with other team members to handle complex customer inquiries or escalations
- Utilize analysis and project management skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators and targets set by the company

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role
- Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations and provide excellent customer service
- Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer support tools
