Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Perodua in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Use innovation and strategic planning to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:- Passionate about providing excellent customer service- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Experience with online chat support or customer service preferred
