Online Chat Support Representative

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Online Chat Support Representative to join our team at Hilton in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service through online chat support, addressing customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.2. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.4. Assist in planning and executing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
