**Job Description:**

Hartalega Holdings Berhad, a leading name in the manufacturing of innovative rubber glove products, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This entry-level part-time position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in client relations while working within a technology-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients through various online channels including email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively reach out to clients for feedback on products and services to improve overall client satisfaction.

3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Address client concerns and issues efficiently, employing strong decision-making skills to provide effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

4. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Monitor client accounts and track key metrics related to client engagement and satisfaction.

5. **Reporting:**
- Generate regular reports on client feedback, engagement metrics, and service efficiency to share with management.
- Identify trends in client inquiries and provide insights for ongoing improvements in service delivery.

6. **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively address client questions and concerns.
- Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of industry trends.

7. **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to streamline communication and enhance the client experience.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to strategic discussions aimed at improving client relations.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Coursework in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, common software applications (such as Microsoft Office Suite), and social media platforms. Experience with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
