Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing the online client experience to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Manage client inquiries and concerns through various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media- Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries and issues- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary- Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online client experience- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote online services- Track and report on key performance indicators related to online client relations- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing and customer service best practices

Requirements:- Proven experience in online client relations or customer service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Energetic and motivated personality- Emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills- Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
