Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations and possess a reliable and confident personality. Strong soft skills, such as strategic planning and negotiation, are a must for success in this role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain relationships with online clients through various channels including email, live chat, and social media- Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively- Provide feedback to management on client trends and preferences- Monitor and analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred- At least 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Experience with online client management platforms is a plus- Reliable and confident personality- Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills
