### **Job Description**

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Online Client Support Associate to join our dedicated team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is crucial for ensuring exceptional client service and support, aligning with our commitment to quality across all aspects of our work, products, and services.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Client Interaction:** Engage with clients through various online platforms (email, chat, and social media) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and effective solutions to clients' inquiries.
- **Issue Resolution:** Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues promptly, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- **Documentation:** Record and track client interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to facilitate ongoing support and analysis.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and report client feedback to management to identify areas for improvement in services and product offerings.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by being reliable, attentive, and responsive to their needs.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams to share insights and contribute to collective efforts aimed at enhancing client experiences.
- **Training and Mentorship:** Assist in training new team members on client support protocols and best practices, demonstrating leadership qualities in day-to-day operations.
- **Quality Assurance:** Help maintain quality standards by adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring all client interactions reflect the company's commitment to excellence.

### **Qualifications & Requirements**

- **Education & Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role is required. Previous experience in an online support capacity is highly desirable.
