Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for an Online Client Support Officer to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated, motivated, innovative, and have a passion for research.

Responsibilities:1. Provide support to clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues.3. Conduct research to address client concerns and provide relevant information.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.6. Assist in developing and implementing new strategies to improve client satisfaction.7. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
