Job Description:
YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via various online channels, including email, chat, and social media- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Conduct research to provide accurate and relevant information to customers- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers- Assist in developing and implementing online customer service strategies- Provide feedback to management to improve customer service processes
Requirements:- Adaptable and resilient personality traits- Excellent communication skills- Strong research skills- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role- Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
